Thuisbezorgd
Thuisbezorgd is an online food delivery platform in the Netherlands, where customers order meals and groceries from participating restaurants and shops through a website or app and have them delivered to their address. The platform takes the order and payment and passes it on to the restaurant and the courier. It matters because customers often pay extra fees on top of menu prices, such as service fees, small-order surcharges and packaging charges, so the total cost of an order can differ from the food price shown.
Consumentenbond
The Dutch consumers' association. It tests products and services, publishes the results and advises consumers; it is funded mainly by its members.
