Nijmegen lawyer Tycho Lam to become Council of State member
The cabinet has agreed to put Tycho Lam, 54, forward as a state councillor in the Council of State division that rules on disputes between citizens and government.
Tycho Lam, a lawyer at Hekkelman Advocaten in Nijmegen, will become a state councillor (staatsraad) in the Administrative Jurisdiction Division of the Raad van State. The appointment takes effect on 1 February 2027.
The cabinet agreed to a proposal from Interior Minister Heerma and Justice and Security State Secretary Van Bruggen to nominate Lam. Lam is 54.
