Aldi parsley contains unlabelled celery, allergy sufferers warned

Aldi is warning that its 40g Peterselie krul pack contains celery that the label does not mention, a risk for people with a celery allergy.

Aldi is issuing the warning on behalf of supplier Staay Food Group about its Peterselie krul (curly parsley) in 40g packs. The packaging contains celery (selderij), which the label does not mention.

The warning says people who are allergic to celery should not eat the product.

The affected pack has barcode 2003021095749 and a best-before date (THT, ten minste houdbaar tot) of 28-10-2026.

The warning is also on Aldi's website.
