ABN Amro, ASN Bank and Rabobank launch My Check ID wallet
The three banks have presented My Check, a digital identity app that is due to go live early next year.
ABN Amro, ASN Bank and Rabobank are behind My Check, a digital ID wallet presented in The Hague on Tuesday. It is the Dutch equivalent of Apple Wallet and Google Wallet, and it is due to launch early next year.
The wallet lets people identify themselves digitally. It was developed in response to new European legislation.
My Check is a secure app for logging in and doing things online. With it, users can fill in and sign documents and contracts, log in to websites and complete age verification.
