PSV won away at SC Cambuur in the Eredivisie, the top division of Dutch football, and scored 5 goals in the match. The visitors came home with the win, and Cambuur were beaten on their own ground. The result took PSV to the top of the league table.
Sven Mijnans scored a hat-trick for PSV in the match against Cambuur, which means he scored all of those goals in a single game. The goals add to his tally in the Eredivisie this season, which now stands higher than before the match.
Results elsewhere also helped PSV. Feyenoord lost away at sc Heerenveen, so the club did not take any win from its own match. Ajax drew with FC Twente, so Ajax did not win either.
