Man, 19, shot dead in front garden in Schiedam; 3 suspects on the run
A fatal shooting on the Weverpad in Schiedam has left a 19-year-old resident dead, and police are searching for 3 suspects who fled on foot.

A shooting in the front garden of a house on the Weverpad in Schiedam on Saturday afternoon left one young man dead. 3 young men were victims of the attack, and the man who died did so at the scene.
The man killed is a 19-year-old resident of Schiedam, the police said.
A second victim was taken to hospital and is out of danger. A third victim was lightly injured.
The 3 suspects fled on foot and are still at large. They left via the Gildeweg towards the Schrijnwerkerstraat or the Barbierpad. Police have shared their description. A Team Grootschalige Opsporing (TGO), a large-scale investigation team, is looking into the case.
The lightly injured man ran away after the shooting. Police traced and arrested him, and he is still in custody. His role in the incident is being investigated.
