Minimum wage in the Netherlands 2026

From Wed 1 Jul 2026 the Dutch minimum wage for employees aged 21 and older is €14.99 an hour, before tax. Employees aged 15 to 20 have lower youth rates. Since 2024 there is no fixed minimum monthly or weekly wage: your minimum pay depends on the hours you work.
