Police seek footage of suspected stabbing at Nijmegen's Plein '44
Police in Nijmegen are looking for witnesses and video footage after a 35-year-old man was injured in a suspected stabbing at Plein '44 on the night of Wednesday to Thursday.
Police received a report of an injured man in the Molenstraat shortly before 02:30. Officers quickly concluded that a stabbing had probably happened shortly earlier, at about 02:15 at Plein '44. The victim, a 35-year-old man from Nijmegen, was taken to hospital.
Police want to hear from anyone with information or footage. Tips can be given on 0900-8844, or anonymously through Meld Misdaad Anoniem on 0800-7000. Police say all information, however small it may seem, can matter for the investigation.
