Police in Eindhoven are searching for a suspect after an injured man was found on the Keizersmantelstraat on Wednesday evening. The officer on duty said police are taking into account a stabbing that may have happened somewhere nearby in the neighbourhood.
Shortly after the suspected stabbing, officers raided a house on the Monnikstraat, a few streets away, in search of a possible suspect. They found no suspect there. A few hours later, police also raided a house in Valkenswaard.
Officers are going door to door and reviewing camera footage from the area. The investigation into the stabbing and a possible suspect continues.
Police are asking anyone who saw or heard something to come forward. They say every piece of information is valuable.
