The Firewall is a Dutch non-profit organisation that takes legal action to protect privacy and digital rights, often against large technology companies. It uses court proceedings, including urgent interim injunctions such as kort geding, to challenge data-protection and privacy practices. It is named here as one of the organisations bringing a case against Meta.
