Wet betaalbare huur
The Affordable Rent Act is a Dutch law, in force since 1 July 2024, that extends rent regulation to middle-segment rental homes. Landlords must set the rent of covered homes using the national points system for rental homes, and tenants can have a rent checked. Municipalities, including Rotterdam, are responsible for enforcing the law.
