Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam

The Veiligheidsregio Rotterdam is the regional safety organisation for Rotterdam and the surrounding municipalities. It brings together the regional fire service, medical emergency coordination and municipal crisis management under one body. It responds to fires, accidents and other emergencies, and coordinates the partners involved when an incident affects more than one municipality or needs several services at once.
