SDEP (Single Digital Entry Point)

The Single Digital Entry Point is a single electronic gateway through which online platforms and short-term rental data are exchanged with Dutch authorities. Under EU rules on short-term accommodation rentals, platforms such as holiday rental sites send periodic data on listed properties and their hosts through this point. It matters for holiday rental hosts because it is the channel that connects registration numbers and rental data to the Dutch government.
