RDA

I could not confirm the full name or the exact role of the RDA, so this entry does not give its English explanation. From the sentence, it is a body that has given a view on zoos, alongside the ministry, implementing bodies and animal welfare organisations. Check the original article or the ministry's letter for the official Dutch name before relying on this.
