Masterplan basisvaardigheden

The Masterplan for Basic Skills is an earlier Dutch government plan aimed at improving basic skills, mainly language and arithmetic, in schools. It set out a broad programme of measures for schools, teacher training and the education system as a whole. It matters because the newer Versterkingsagenda builds on its approach rather than replacing it.
