Huurcommissie

The Huurcommissie is an independent Dutch body that handles disputes between tenants and landlords about rent. It assesses whether the rent for regulated rental homes is allowed under the rent rules and issues rulings on these cases. Its board chair (bestuursvoorzitter) leads the organisation.
