Female Board Index

The Female Board Index is an annual overview of how many women sit on the executive boards (raad van bestuur) and supervisory boards (raad van commissarissen) of Dutch listed companies, meaning companies whose shares trade on the stock exchange. It is compiled by researchers at TIAS School for Business and is published once a year, so it allows the share of women at the top of these companies to be compared from one year to the next.
