Batavus, Koga and Babboe bike brands sold to Singapore firm Dutech
The receivers of bankrupt bicycle maker Accell are selling the rights to three well-known Dutch brands, which will continue to exist under a new owner.
The receivers (curatoren) of bankrupt bicycle maker Accell are selling the rights to the Dutch bicycle brands Batavus, Koga and Babboe to Dutech, a Singaporean investment company. The brands are being relaunched (doorstart) and will continue to exist.
Accell's IT platform and its Hungarian operations are also being sold to the new owner.
