Monday is the mildest day of the week in the Netherlands, and the rain is moving away. A high-pressure area is bringing dry air from the east, so the days will get gradually colder but stay dry with regular sun. Afternoon temperatures reach 13 degrees along the coast, locally perhaps 14, and 10 degrees in southern Limburg.

The day starts cloudy, with a band of rain moving southeast across the country. The northwest is dry in the morning, with occasional sun.

The afternoon brings some sun, with a few showers in the north and northwest.

The wind is moderate, blowing from the north, and fairly strong along the coast, at force 3 to 5 or 6.

Monday night will be mostly cloudy, with a little light rain or drizzle in places, in small amounts. Minimum temperatures range from 9 degrees around the Wadden Sea and the northern tip of North Holland to 5 in the east. The wind turns from north to northeast.

Tuesday will be mostly cloudy, with some local drizzle. In the afternoon it turns sunny from the east as dry air arrives. The west is the last to clear. Highs will be 9 or 10 degrees in the east and southeast and up to 12 right by the sea. The wind is from the northeast, at force 3 to 5.

Thursday and Friday will be sunny, with the afternoon temperature falling to 8 degrees on Friday. In the night to Friday it will drop to around freezing in outlying areas.
