Statistics Netherlands (CBS) has published quarterly consumer price indices for four housing categories in Caribbean Netherlands: electricity, water, social rents and other rents. The table is experimental, and CBS says its index figures are not suitable for indexation.

Electricity, water and social rents are already part of the regular consumer price index for Caribbean Netherlands, but they are now published separately for the first time. CBS compiles the table at the request of the housing and spatial planning ministry (Volkshuisvesting en Ruimtelijke Ordening).

The index figures for electricity, water and social rents in the latest quarter are provisional and may be revised. They become final when the next quarter's figures are published.

The fourth category, other rents, is not part of the consumer price index for Caribbean Netherlands. CBS began tracking these prices as a pilot in 2024 and has continued them as an experimental series. The figures are experimental and may be revised.

CBS reviewed the other-rents series at the end of 2025. The series will continue in 2026 and be reviewed again at the end of 2026.
